Milmyeon (밀면) is Busan’s own cold noodle dish, and most visitors have never heard of it. It exists because of the Korean War — I’ll explain.

A seventy-three-year-old fish cake company opened a burger restaurant above its own shop, two minutes from Busan Station, and put a pollock patty next to the beef. The promotion that made it cheap has ended — here’s whether it’s still worth a meal at full price.

I went in for the Smash Burger and it was sold out four days after launch, so I ordered the entry-level Grilled Burger instead. Good patty. No cheese, no vegetables, and a ₩1,000 gap to the fried chicken sandwich that built this chain.
